Free Psychological Counseling and Support Groups from the Choven Psychological Support Center, organized by the NGO "Friends of Ukraine Foundation."

Facing the future is about letting go of the past, especially when it’s been weighed down by the trauma of war. The effects of war are different for everyone, evoking a wide range of emotions and feelings that can be challenging to express or understand on your own.
However, it’s crucial to know that you’re not alone in your experiences 🙌🏻
At the Choven Psychological Support Center, we’ve created a safe and empathetic environment where you can find support, understanding, and learn how to navigate life’s challenging moments.
What do we do?
- Provide individual psychological counseling (suitable for everyone)
- Organize support groups (consisting of 6-10 individuals, depending on the topic) to help process intense emotions related to war, such as waiting for a loved one’s return, coping with loss, dealing with injuries or disabilities, or managing other life challenges.
- We also work separately with children and teenagers who have been affected by the consequences of war (any form of assistance begins with an individual consultation with a specialist).
- Everyone who participates in this psychological project has the priority opportunity to take part in other Friends of Ukraine Foundation projects (such as assistance and children’s activities, among others).
