Project Mission:
Ensuring Safety and Support for Lifesaving Rescuers
In 2022, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the “ICF”Friends of Ukraine Foundation” and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU), opening doors to vital initiatives in favor of our citizens’ safety.
Why This Matters?
The rescuers of the SESU are an integral part of national security. They swiftly respond to emergencies and hazards, including ongoing territorial shelling. Their actions can save lives, protect citizens, and mitigate the devastating impact of natural disasters and other emergencies.
How We Support Them:
Within our project, we provide SESU rescuers with essential resources for their critical work. This includes:
Computers and Equipment: Equipping rescuers with modern communication tools and information technology for better management during extreme situations.
Protective Gear: Supplying appropriate protective gear to ensure the safety of rescuers while performing their duties.
Material and Technical Resources: Furnishing rescuers with necessary tools to conduct rescue operations and provide assistance to the population during emergencies.
Our efforts are focused on enhancing rescuers’ effectiveness and reducing risks in their work, ultimately saving more lives and safeguarding property in the face of constant danger. Together with the SESU, we tackle challenges and contribute to preserving safety and stability in our country.
