Healing the Soul and Heart

War, conflicts, and military actions leave a deep mark on the souls and hearts of those who participated in them or suffered from their consequences. Veterans with disabilities, military veterans, service members, and their families face significant challenges related to physical and psychological injuries, loss, and adaptation to civilian life.

The Psychological Support Center is established to provide assistance to all those facing complex psychological issues due to the effects of war. Among the main problems encountered today are:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): The psychological impact of traumatic experiences can lead to PTSD.
  • Social Isolation: Feelings of isolation and misunderstanding from society can result in social isolation.
  • Depression: The aftermath of war can trigger serious depression, significantly affecting the quality of life.
  • Family Issues: Changes in family dynamics, stress, and misunderstandings are common challenges.
