About the direction
Unit request, not our perception of need
We don’t buy what we think we need. The work begins with a request from a unit or agency, then — verification, procurement and transfer with documents.
In four years, the direction has grown from one-time transfers to system logistics: We bring cars from the EU countries in batches, purchase equipment for specific tasks, and transport individual fees together with the command.
Scope of work
What is included in the direction
- “Auto to the front”: search, redemption and delivery of cars to units
- Car consignments from European Union countries — delivery from Lithuania and other countries
- Fee “Guardians of the sky”: mobile training complexes for air defense units — interactive MANPADS simulators, anti-aircraft simulators, virtual training systems for small arms Weapons
- Production and supply of equipment
- Provision of the State Emergency Service
- Evacuation of people from dangerous areas

- A unit or agency sends a request with a list of needs
- We are reviewing the request and looking for a funding source or supplier
- We procure or accept assistance from partners
- We transmit with the execution of documents and inform the donors about the result
